PLiXiR THE FIERY – Balanced Power Cable

Our design goal for the PLiXiR THE FIERY balanced power cord was to provide extremely low noise and flexible power for your hi-fi equipment at an exceptional price. THE FIERY exceeded our expectations. Balanced in their design and multilayer shielded from external noise, they are particularly suitable for your source and Head-fi equipment. The highly flexible cables are easy to use in tight spaces. In combination with our balanced linear power supplies and power conditioners (such as the PLiXir BDC and BAC), it maintains and increases the noise reduction of the balanced power delivery design throughout the chain and all the way to your equipment. In the design and manufacture of the PLiXiR Elite Balanced AC Power Conditioners, we noticed that the conventional hi-fi power cable design with twisted 3-wire, Live, Neutral, Earth are actually single-wire for power transfer. While they perform, they are not able to fully exploit the balanced output power of balanced conditioners to maintain the noise reduction with a conventional hi-fi power cord all the way to your equipment. The specific benefit of balanced power is lost at the output of the power conditioner. PLiXir balanced power cords are thus specially designed and formulated to maintain the purpose of balanced power supplies and power conditioners.
