Shipping and Delivery Times
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM and in stock will typically be shipped the next day. However, we may not always be able to meet this timeframe. Certain products are custom-made and come with specific delivery times, which may result in longer delivery periods. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge. Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are displayed during checkout. Deliveries are handled via PostNL or other parcel services and generally take 1 to 2 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
As you may not always be able to fully evaluate the product beforehand, purchases made remotely come with a legal 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day the product is received. Within this period, you can notify us of your wish to return the product, and you will receive a refund within 14 days, including any initial shipping costs. The purchase agreement will then be dissolved.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be received within 2 weeks of the return notification. If the returned product is not received within this timeframe, we may no longer accept it under the right of withdrawal.
We will refund the full purchase amount, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the product to you. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected for damage. If the product is damaged or if the packaging has been unnecessarily opened or torn, the cost of these damages may be deducted from your refund, or the right of withdrawal may be denied. For exchanges, you must place a new order, and the original purchase will be refunded (minus potential return costs).
Return or Warranty Request
You can request a return or warranty via your AudioKafe.com account. Go to “Request,” select “Return” or “Warranty,” and choose the applicable product. Follow the instructions to complete the request process.
Without a return request, we are unaware that your shipment is being returned, and it cannot be processed in time to activate the right of withdrawal.
Important:
The return address for returns differs from our main address. The *correct return address* will be provided once the return request process is initiated through your account.
